Education Sales Executive
Enthusiastic and willing to work relentlessly for achieving and exceeding business targets. Possess sound knowledge and understanding of consumer (students) behavior. Meet and exceed pipeline contribution goals. Respond and follow up quickly to the assigned leads. Create the need for Practical Learning and advise student-parent to enroll with Emo Matrix as a solution.
HR Executive Interns
The ideal candidate will support the full scope of Human Resources responsibilities and partner with the organization on strategic initiatives. HR Executive duties will involve managing activities such as job design recruitment, employee relations, performance management, training & development, and talent management. To Prepare and maintain the various reports/documents and advise the employees regarding benefits, programs, and pay issues.
Marketing Intern
Planning digital marketing campaigns. Maintain social media presence across all digital channels. Measuring and reporting on the performance of all digital marketing campaigns. Educate people about Emo Matrix and make them understand the value of AI in their career decisions; the aim of this would be to create a trust on Emo Matrix among the students & community
Operations Management
Responsible for managing the day-to-day operations of a team of representatives that handle any/all aspects of customer accounts, including solicitation, inquiries, and problem resolution. Ensures the volume of work produced meets product/service standards and exceeds quality standards. May develop business plan for team/group operations including budget development. May build industry relations communicating technologies and operational concerns through industry networking.
